OOTP 14: Hands Down the Best Baseball Sim
The reviews continue to pour in, and Out of the Park Baseball 14 remains the pinnacle of the OOTP series.
Writing for Operation Sports, Caley Roark referenced two other classic game series when he said OOTP "is like the Civilization or SimCity franchises, in both level of strategy and ability to make an evening disappear."

Tales From the Multi-Verse: The MBWBA
Inspiration for fictional OOTP baseball universes comes from many places, but the MBWBA's Hollywood-based premise may be a first: It uses the 1985 Richard Pryor movie "Brewster's Millions" as its launching point. The Montgomery Brewster World Baseball Association has been around since the early days of OOTP, accumulating 38 seasons of colorful history in the process.
